Refund policy

At Cat Gear, each product is made to order, just for you. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges due to size, color, or change-of-mind. Please double-check our sizing charts before ordering to ensure the best fit.

We happily offer refunds or replacements if:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted

  • You receive the wrong size or style compared to what was recorded in your order confirmation (e.g., you ordered a Medium but received a Large)

If this happens, email us at support@catgear.co within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.

Refund process:
Once approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Please allow your bank/credit card provider additional time to process.)

Goodwill discounts:
While we can’t always replace items outside these conditions, we may occasionally offer a one-time discount code as a courtesy.
